Shipping & Returns

​All of my products are sent to customers using UPS.​
After payment the order will be sent within 7 days, the parcel post I send on Wednesday afternoon, except during our or UPS (office) vacations and public holidays, this will be clearly communicated on the website.

Ithaka Ceramics can not be held responsible for delays in delivery. The delivery times are given as an indication and are taken into account from the delivery of the package at UPS.

Delivery costs are displayed in the shopping cart or on an offer.

You can also choose the pickup option. You will then receive a confirmation from me when your package is ready for pickup.

You can have your package delivered to your work address at your convenience. This should simply be listed as the delivery address.

Please note that it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box.

Delivery means the physical handover of the product to the customer (the “Delivery”).

The products purchased can be delivered in France and abroad in consultation with Ithaka Ceramics. If your country is not in the shipping country list I am happy to give you a shipping quote as special rates will apply.

Keep in mind that not everything from my collection can be home delivered. Ceramics remain a precious product and so some items are only available for pick-up at Cafe Bunna or at my atelier by appointment.

For security and other reasons, Ithaka Ceramics will not process any order for which a poste restante, hotel, post office box or Cedex/postbox address is provided.
Products are shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.

In case of error in the customer’s coordinates, Ithaka Ceramics cannot be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the ordered products.

Customs or import duties: if your country of delivery charges customs or import duties, you must pay these charges. We have no control over the charges and customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have any questions about this, please contact your local customs office for information.

​The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer as soon as it (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods. However, the risk already passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the customer to transport the goods and this choice has not been offered by the Ithaka Ceramics or Cafe Bunna.

When entering the order on the webshop, the delivery cost is calculated according to the destination and the weight of the parcel. If your country is not in the shipping country list I am happy to give you a shipping quote as special rates will apply.

I carefully pack each order from my studio in Entrevernes and ship it by UPS. Your order should arrive within 7 days within France & Europe and 7 – 14 days to the rest of the world.

All orders in stock are shipped within 1 working week after they are placed unless notified by me.

Yes you can pick up your order at my atelier in Entrevernes or at our Coffee shop Cafe Bunna in Annecy.

I have spent a lot of time finding the best ways in which to post my ceramics and make sure that they are packaged as securely as possible.

​​In the unlikely event that something does get broken, I will issue a full refund. You just need to send photos of the damage and the packaging as soon as it arrives.

​If you want to return the product for any other reason, you have 14 days from receiving your purchase to return it safely to me, at your own cost. Please get in contact with me via email for the return address and more information about returning products.

​It is possible to cancel your order if it has not shipped, just contact me and I will help you. I

If your order has been shipped, you must return the products to receive a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
