\u00a0The site is accessible by any place, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in case of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption and may result from a need for maintenance. In case of modification, interruption or suspension of the services the site www.ithakaceramics.com could not be held responsible.<\/p>

3. Products and Orders<\/h3>

Any order implies the acceptance of all the\u00a0 general conditions<\/p>

Ithaka Ceramics reserves the right to change its collection at any time. As each product is manufactured using traditional techniques, slight variations in color, shape and size may occur and are not considered defects.<\/p>

The prices indicated by Ithaka Ceramics are in euros, 20% VAT included, delivery costs excluded and subject to availability.<\/p>

The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct possible errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance of our terms and conditions<\/p>

When entering the order on the site, the customer must choose the mode of delivery at home or in person at Cafe Bunna or by appointment at the workshop.<\/p>

In case of unavailability of one or more products, Ithaka Ceramics commits itself to inform the customer when entering the order and\/or after validation of the order by sending an e-mail to the customer. If the order has already been validated and the payment of the order has been made, Ithaka Ceramics commits itself to refund the customer. Ithaka Ceramics cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of one or more products.<\/p>

When placing the order, the customer declares that he\/she is buying the products for his\/her personal use and\/or that of his\/her guests and not for resale.<\/p>

4. Intellectual property<\/h3>

Ithaka Ceramics reminds users of this site that all elements of this site and the collection<\/p>
